We are currently looking for flying instructors to work in our flying school based at Durham Tees Valley Airport. We're looking for instructors for every day of the week whether you want part time or full time work, even the odd day or just weekends. It doesn't matter if you are still restricted you can still work in our school.

Based in the North East of England, at Durham Tees Valley Airport (Formerly Teesside Airport), Cleveland Flying School offers you the chance to learn in a modern, well-equipped aircraft, alongside a top quality airport facility, whilst maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for pilots.
With the largest fleet of training aircraft in the North of England, we are a Flight Training Organisation approved by the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) and offer a wide variety of courses with both fixed wing (aeroplanes) and rotary wing (helicopters). These range from trial, introductory or air experience flights, to JAR PPL (Private Pilot’s Licence) up to professional licences and ratings.

Trial Lesson - Hands On - You Take Control
It's a fact that almost all pilots flying today either privately or commercially started with a trial lesson at their local flying school!!
So whether you're a budding commercial pilot to be or just someone with an interest in learning to fly privately this is where you start.
However if neither of the above apply to you but you would like to experience a trip in either a fixed wing aeroplane or a helicopter then you can still come along for a trial lesson.
On the other hand maybe it's not for you but you would like to purchase a trial flight for a family member or friend as a gift then we will be happy to accommodate your needs.
Choose from either a sight seeing flight, a daring 'loop the loop' flight or a helicopter flight all from Durham Tees Valley Airport.
Why not book a 4 seater aircraft and take friends or family along. (Not available for 'loop the loop' flights).
