1.
Gift
Vouchers are in an email format and expire six months from the date of issuance.
2.
Gift
Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.
3.
Promotional offers, coupons and discounts may not be used in conjunction with
Gift Vouchers.
4.
The
total value of the Gift Voucher will be applied against the total order amount
including sales tax.
5.
If
your order exceeds the amount of your Gift Voucher, you must pay for the balance
with cash on the day of your flight.
6.
Gift
Vouchers may be refunded
occasionally at the discretion of the management
when Flight Training
cancel a flight due to a situation deemed to be under their control and are
unable to provide an alternative date within the voucher validity period.
Cancellations due to situations deemed to be outside their control will not
constitute a valid argument for refund.
7.
Flight
Training is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers.
8.
Flight Training will have the right to cancel vouchers and request alternative
forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Voucher is presented for
redemption.
9.
Flight Training MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO
GIFT VOUCHERS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT VOUCHER
CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE
REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT VOUCHER. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE
LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR
LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
10.
Flight Training reserves the right to change these rules and regulations from time
to time at its discretion and without notification.
11.
The
above does not affect your statutory rights.
